Rachel Miller

Rachel is responsible for originating and transacting larger equity investments across the UK and across the range of residential sectors, and is a voting member of HGP’s investment committee.
Prior to this role, Rachel worked with a residential private equity fund. She spent thirteen years at Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, most recently as Head of New Investment, responsible for deploying equity into joint venture partnerships with development partners across the UK. She was previously Head of Strategy and worked in other investment roles and on major placemaking developments in central London.
Rachel is a Chartered Surveyor and has degrees from Cambridge and Reading Universities. She is a non-executive Board Member of Soho Housing and lives with her family in London.
