Housing Growth Partnership (HGP) is a social impact investor. Backed by Lloyds Bank and Homes England, we are helping to address housing affordability by providing support to the regional residential development and housebuilding community to increase the number of new homes built in the UK.
We can invest in multiple tenures including private for sale family housing, city centre apartments blocks, Build to Rent, PRS and Retirement Living and have the flexibility to support the development of other schemes in the living sector.
