Neil recently joined HGP to develop the business in Yorkshire, Humberside and North East of England.
Neil has previously held senior land positions in national and regional housebuilders and has also run his own land promotion and advisory business. He has also spent time in real estate finance funding a broad range of real estate transactions including student, residential and commercial property. Neil specialises in strategic and immediate land acquisition, planning promotion and deal structuring and brings a brings a wide range of experience, contacts, and skills to the HGP team.
Neil is a Chartered Surveyor and outside work Neil enjoys trail running, spending time with his family and walking in the North Yorkshire Moors.
