Josh Gilson is an Investment Associate responsible for supporting deal origination, transaction execution and portfolio management in the Midlands & Wales. Josh has over 11 years of banking and finance experience working for Lloyds Banking Group. Prior to joining the HGP team, Josh worked in a variety of roles throughout Lloyds Banking Group in a range of relationship management roles. These included financial adviser in wealth management and as an associate director in financial markets, specialising in interest rate derivatives. During his time with the bank, Josh has completed various professional qualifications including his degree in Commercial Relationship Management as part of the group’s financial markets apprenticeship. Josh is currently studying to become a Chartered Management Accountant. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his young family – both children are four and under – with spare time beyond this being spent on the rugby pitch.
