Chris founded SME housebuilder igloo Regeneration at the turn of the century and sold it to PfP Capital in 2023. He was co-founder, with Aviva, of the ‘world’s first responsible real estate fund’ (United Nations), the igloo Regeneration Fund. Chris advises the board of Nationwide Building Society on Climate Change and the built environment and was a Built Environment Climate Ambassador to COP26.
