Amreet Singh

Amreet is a Senior Analyst responsible for supporting deal origination and transactions in London and the South East.

Prior to joining the team Amreet spent two years on the Lloyds Banking Group, Commercial Banking Products, graduate scheme and gained experience in real estate restructuring, private equity investments and capital markets solutions. Amreet has a degree in Chemistry from Durham University and is a 2016 Level III Candidate in the CFA Program.

Amreet enjoys exploring far-flung corners of the world and partaking in the odd endurance event.

Andrew Fairley

Andrew is an Investment Director responsible for originating and completing deals in the South West. He is also a voting member of HGP’s Investment Committee.

Andrew is a qualified accountant with over 15 years of equity investment and real estate finance experience. His principle sector focus during this time has been residential development and housebuilding. Prior to joining HGP he was part of a specialist unit in Lloyds Bank established to support major housebuilding clients through the recession, which included working closely with management teams to successfully re-position their businesses to attract capital for growth.

Andrew is married with two children and when time permits enjoys competitive sailing and off-piste skiing.

Andy Hulme

Andy is the Chief Executive Officer & Head of Fund for the Housing Growth Partnership. Prior to joining the Housing Growth Partnership Andy spent fifteen years in Banking where he held senior positions in three different banks. As part of his responsibilities Andy has lent over £250bn to UK mortgage customers, managed a European insurance business and was accountable for UK lending strategy.

Arnaud de Blay

Arnaud is an Investment Manager responsible for originating and completing investments in the South West.

Prior to his current role, Arnaud worked for several years in Lloyds Bank in a specialist unit helping to support housebuilder clients through the recession. Prior to this Arnaud worked in a number of leveraged finance roles in London and New York where he developed a passion for understanding business models to provide bespoke and sustainable funding solutions.

Arnaud is French and speaks English and Italian fluently. He holds a B.S. in Business and Administration and a Masters in Corporate Finance. He has a keen interest in sustainable development and in particular renewable energy. During his spare time, he also enjoys cooking and organic gardening.

Charlotte Robinson

Charlotte is a Senior Analyst responsible for supporting deal origination and transactions in the South West.

As a Lloyds Bank graduate she spent time in Financial Markets and Capital Markets working on a range of desks from derivative structuring to loan syndication.

In her own time Charlotte is an avid traveller and enjoys the more adventurous sports such as skiing and surfing.

James Hutchinson, CFA

James is an Investment Manager responsible for originating and completing investments in London and the South East.

James is an investment professional whose principal sector focus has been housebuilding and residential development. He has a passion for fostering sustainable growth in entrepreneurial companies by getting under the skin of a business and providing simple yet effective financial solutions.

James holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland and is a CFA Charterholder. He sits on the Business Advisory Board at Quintin Kynaston Community Academy in North-West London, regularly guest lecturing and organising business skills workshops for A-Level students.

James likes spending time with friends and his wife and young son. He is an avid traveller, crossfitter and skier, all of which he does a lot less of since becoming a dad.

Jenny Crorie

Jenny is an Investment Manager focused on portfolio management.

She is a chartered accountant and has spent much of her career working on the origination and restructuring of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Jenny is a keen sailor and has taken part in a leg of the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. Jenny also likes cakes, both baking and eating!

John McKeon

John is an Investment Director with responsibility for originating and completing investments in Scotland and the North of England.

John has extensive experience of commercial debt lending and equity investment from a 20 year career in the finance sector.  He has worked in both deal origination and credit functions, managing corporate clients across a across a range of business sectors and geographies.

John is married with twins aged 6. When not attending to his children’s busy social agenda, John likes to spend his spare time watching and participating in a number of sports, in particular football, tennis and golf.

Jerry Perritt

Jerry joined the Bank of Scotland in 1979 and spent a number of years in the branch network before moving to a Business Banking role in 1986. Since then he has developed experience in managing corporate customers of all sizes and complexity from SME’s to FTSE 100 listed corporates in a wide range of sectors.

In 2006 Jerry took up a position leading a business with responsibility for a Real Estate portfolio and since then has specialised in this sector with spells leading teams managing good book and distressed customer relationships. In 2015 Jerry took up the position as Head of the Corporate Real Estate Credit team in the Bank’s Risk division

Jerry is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland and a former President of the London Centre. He is married with three children and interests include football, golf (badly!) and cycling (slowly!).

John Feeney

John Feeney is the Global Head of Commercial Real Estate at Lloyds Bank where he oversees the Bank’s relationships with major real estate clients and real estate related lending activities.

Previously John managed the real estate debt business at Henderson Global Investors following seven years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he set up real estate businesses in Europe & Asia and managed a real estate special assets portfolio.  Early in his career he spent time at the Barclays Group establishing in-house securitisation programs before rating a variety of structured products at Fitch Ratings.

He is a member of the Policy Committee of the British Property Federation and a regular participant at the Bank of England Commercial Property Forum.

John is a CFA charterholder.

Kris Ward

Kris is an Investment Director responsible for originating and completing deals in the London and the South East. He is also a voting member of HGP’s Investment Committee.

Kris has significant investment, corporate banking and real estate finance experience and a proven track record of successfully supporting clients across a range of sector. In recent years Kris’ main sector focus has been development finance and housebuilding, which has allowed him to build a thorough understanding of residential development ensuring he can quickly understand the requirements of clients. Kris enjoys working with management teams to understand development opportunities and how HGP investment can help support the business to achieve its goals.

Nick White

Nick is a Investment Manager responsible for supporting deal origination and transactions in Scotland and the North.

Nick completed the Graduate scheme at Lloyds Banking Group in 2015 and brings a wide range of experience from across the Group, including SME Relationship Management and Retail Mortgage Credit Policy.

Nick enjoys playing Squash, watching Rugby and is a season ticket holder at Bath Rugby.

Ross Baird

Ross is an Investment Manager responsible for originating and completing investments in Scotland and the North.

With more than 15 years’ experience in originating and structuring debt and equity investments in support of a wide range of property and corporate clients, he is well placed to help HGP housebuilding partners meet their growth ambition.  Ross is passionate about working with management teams towards increasing the supply of new homes delivered by regional housebuilders each year.

Away from work, Ross enjoys following and playing sport.

Steve George

Steve is an Investment Director responsible for originating and completing investments in the Midlands and Wales and is also a voting member on the HGP’s Investment Committee.

He has over 30 years’ experience in finance, specialising in property since 2005.  Prior to joining HGP Steve held positions as Regional Director for Lloyds Bank’s Real Estate Support Unit and Area Director for Bank of Scotland’s Corporate Real Estate team.

Steve is married with two children and a cocker spaniel who keep him active outside of work. When he has time he enjoys walking, skiing and shooting.

Stephen Windsor

Stephen is an Investment Manager responsible for originating and completing investments in the Midlands and Wales.

Graduating from Loughborough University in 2009, Stephen joined Lloyds Bank’s 2 year Graduate programme before working in the Bank’s Corporate Mid Market team and more recently in Leveraged Finance. During his time with Lloyds Stephen completed qualifications in both Banking (IFS) and Treasury (ACT).

Stephen is a keen sportsman, especially Rugby (a Leicester Tigers fan!) and enjoys keeping fit and travelling.

Vic Hepburn

Vic is an Investment Director responsible for originating and completing deals in Scotland and the North. He is also a voting member of HGP’s Investment Committee.

Vic is an investment professional with over 20 years’ experience spanning a wide variety of real estate and corporate transactions including development capital, management buyouts and project finance. He enjoys meeting management teams, learning about their businesses and identifying how HGP can support their goals.

Vic likes to spend his spare time with his family and friends. Married to Lynsey he has two sons who typify the expression “trying to herd cats”. He enjoys keeping himself fit and playing a bit of golf.

Yvette Sackey-Addo

Yvette is a Senior Analyst responsible for supporting deal origination and transactions in the Midlands and Wales.

Yvette is a Senior Analyst in the Housing Growth Partnership Ltd and joined the team having worked in a variety of roles across the Commercial Bank. Previous responsibilities range from managing a portfolio of small-to medium-sized real estate clients, to contributing to the Bank’s financial reports.

Yvette is enthusiastic for music and volunteering which led to her participating as a performer in the London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony.
